This beautiful new villa in traditional style, is located in the Urbanization of La Marina. The villa has 3 floors; a ground floor with open living/dining room with 4 seats on the sofa and 4 dining room chairs. There are also two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. On the first floor we have the master bedroom with private bathroom and roof terrace with a seat, sun loungers and a very comfortable hanging chair. From this roof terrace there is even sea view!
What makes Villa Barricia so special is the substructure. This substructure has a high (4-5 meters) ceiling with natural light and is equipped with a gigantic 65¨ Smart TV with NL/BE commercial channels and Blu-Ray several sofas. We also find 4 comfortable bar stools and a dining table with 6 chairs. In addition to all this beauty, there is also a toilet and storage space in this basement. The residence benefits from a shared saltwater swimming pool, where sun loungers are available.
La Marina is located on the Costa Blanca about 25 kilometers from Alicante airport. This idyllic coastal town is ideal for holidays or permanent living. The long sandy beaches bordering the dune area with pine trees are clean and there is enough space even in the high season. Directly on the Mediterranean Sea, you will find cozy places where you can eat well, drink coffee or grab a beer for a reasonable price. Also in the urbanization on the edge of La Marina, you will find several shopping centers, a bodega, bars, restaurants and a medical center in the immediate vicinity. You can find all your daily fresh products at the weekly market.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
