CasaLasDunas mediates in the letting and renting of private holiday homes on the Costa Blanca and Costa Del Sol. Renting from CasaLasDunas means certainty, comfort and personal service. We will be happy to receive you at our office in La Marina on the Costa Blanca, 25 kilometres south of Alicante airport or our meeting point on the Costa del Sol. We will accompany you to the house you have reserved and show you around the house. In addition, we are your point of contact during your stay during office hours. In case of emergency, we will give you the relevant telephone number upon arrival that you can use for this.
How do we work?
It is easy to select your home via our website. Under each home you will find a calendar showing the availability. We rent from day to day and not just from Saturday to Saturday, for example. You send us your questions or reservation by e-mail. After receiving your confirmation of the reservation, we will send you all further information by e-mail. A number of our homes are also published on Booking.com and AirBnB, but booking directly is always cheaper.
Payment
When booking, you pay a deposit of 25% of the total rental amount. Six weeks before the start of your well-deserved holiday, you pay the remainder. After receipt of payment, we will send you a welcome letter and directions with telephone numbers. If you ultimately decide not to make the reservation, in many cases* you have the option to cancel the booking free of charge within 3 days.
Check-in
As soon as you arrive at the airport of Alicante, Murcia or Malaga or by car, we ask you to inform us by telephone, so that we know approximately what time we can expect you. We will personally take you to the house and give you the instructions on how to work various things, such as the television, air conditioning and wifi. For the refund of the deposit, we always receive your IBAN number in advance (this is not always automatically stated on the statements that we receive from our bank). In connection with the legally required registration, we request that you email your ID or passport number plus IBAN and account name to holiday@casalasdunas.com before departure.
Check out
As soon as you leave the house, we will come and check the house together with you. We ask you to leave the house tidy (no dishes or garbage) and to tidy everything up for the view. You can put the last laundry in front of the washing machine. The deposit will be neatly refunded within 10 to 14 days if everything is in order.
Please note: For check-in and check-out between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM we charge €30, and between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM we charge €50.

Our services include:
- Reserving your holiday home and handing over the invoice (rental contract) and General Terms and Conditions.
- Personal welcome and guidance.
- If desired, we can also arrange your transfer to and from the airport or arrange a rental car.
- We regularly receive requests to have a welcome package or a bottle of wine with a card ready for arrival for an agreed amount. Feel free to make your wishes known or surprise your friends or family members.

Pets:
In general, pets are not allowed, only in certain homes pets are allowed. Of course, we expect - in all reasonableness - that your pet does not cause any nuisance to the neighbours. We also expect you to clean up excrement, vomit, hair from shedding dogs and the like yourself. We charge €35 per dog per stay for extra cleaning costs. Dogs are of course not allowed in the shower, on the couch, the beds and/or on other furniture. If dog hair is found here, it will be thrown away and the replacement will be settled with the deposit, as well as other damage and dirt. We like to keep the homes tidy for all guests! It is not advisable to leave a dog alone in the home.

*The free cancellation conditions do not apply to:
- a booking with arrival within 3 weeks,
- a booking on request,
- existing bookings. Bookings that are changed at a later time (for example a new departure date or someone being booked) can no longer be cancelled free of charge.
