Renting at CasaLasDunas means security, comfort and personal service. We mediate in the letting and renting of private holiday homes on the Costa Blanca and Costa Del Sol. We are happy to welcome you at our office in La Marina on the Costa Blanca, 25 km south of Alicante airport and our meeting point on the Costa del Sol.
We guide you to the house you have reserved and guide you through the house about the functioning of TV-WIFI-AIRCO, etc. We are your point of contact during your stay during office hours. For emergencies, we will give you the relevant telephone number on arrival which you can use.
How do we work?
It is easy to select your home via our website. Under each house you will find a calendar on which the availability is stated. We rent from day to day and not just from Saturday to Saturday, for example. You send us any questions or reservations by e-mail. After receiving your confirmation of the reservation, we will send you all further information by email. Some of our properties are also published on Booking.com and Tripadvisor, but booking directly is always cheaper.
Payment
When booking you pay a deposit of 25% of the total rental amount. You pay the remainder 6 weeks before the start of your well-deserved holiday. After receipt of payment we will send you the welcome letter and directions with telephone numbers.
Checking in
As soon as you arrive at Alicante, Murcia or Malaga airport, or have arrived in the area by car, we ask you to inform us by phone, so that we know approximately what time we can expect you. We personally bring you to the house and give you instructions on how things work, such as electricity, gas, water, shopping, etc.
Checking out
As soon as you leave the house, we will check the house together with you. We ask you to leave the house tidy (no dishes or garbage) and everything neatly tidy for the view. You can put the last laundry in front of the washing machine. If everything is in order, the deposit will be returned in good order.
Please note: When checking in and out between 20:00 and 21:59 we now charge € 30,- and between 22:00 and 06:00 check in and/or check out 06:00 € 50,-

Our services include:
- Reserving your holiday home and taking care of the invoicing / rental contract.
- Personal welcome and guidance to your holiday home, where we can answer any questions you may have.
- In addition, we can also assist you with transfer to and from the airport or arranging a rental car.
We regularly receive requests to have a welcome package or a bottle of wine with a ticket ready on arrival for an agreed amount. We don't mind this at all, feel free to make your wishes known or surprise a friend or family member who has booked with us!

Our office is located 25 KM from Alicante Airport and is easy to find on the N332. If you do not use our Airport service, we would be happy to receive you at our office. There is a English-speaking employee present who can guide you further to the house. You will receive all this information, directions and who your contact person will be when you make your reservation. You can always contact us at the office if you would like additional help or information during your stay.
