Due to the high energy costs we are forced to do the following for the consumption of electricity. Mentioned rental prices include energy costs, unless more than 75KW.u of electricity is used per week. The additional consumption costs will be settled with the deposit € 0.35 per KW.h.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
