Villa El Sueño, situated on the outskirts of La Marina (San Fulgencio), offers a luxurious escape with breathtaking panoramic views thanks to its elevated position. This recently modernized villa is fully furnished with comfortable furniture and offers a stylish living space. The master bedroom is spacious and tastefully decorated, with an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom. The modern living room features a cozy seating area with a fireplace and international TV channels.
From the living room, you can access a covered terrace with seating, from where stairs lead to the magnificent swimming pool with sun terrace. For an extra €10 per day, the pool can be heated during the colder months, provided this is arranged in advance; it takes at least 3 days to heat up and must be arranged before your arrival.
The villa also features a separate guesthouse, accommodating up to 8 people in total, with its own kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms, accessible via a separate entrance. For use of the guesthouse, the final cleaning fee is increased to €225.
Despite the proximity to the village, the villa offers a sense of freedom and privacy, with parking available on the grounds and on the street. Additionally, you can use your own Google Chromecast to easily stream TV during your stay.
Energy consumption during the winter period: During the winter period, 125 kWh of electricity per week is included in the rental price. Consumption is recorded via the energy meter. If consumption exceeds 125 kWh per week, the excess consumption will be charged at €0.25 per kWh after the stay.

Winter price is based on 2 persons, with a stay from 2 months.
Only in the months: November, December, January, February and March.

Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
Please note: For check-in and check-out between 20:00 and 22:00, a surcharge of €50 will apply. For check-in and check-out between 22:00 and 00:00, a surcharge of €75 will apply. Check-in and check-out between 00:00 and 08:00 are only allowed upon prior request.
