Luxury brand new villa with private pool. Come enjoy and immerse yourself in luxury and tranquility. Villa Diego offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, of which 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are on the ground floor. The villa is air conditioned (cold/warm) and has free WiFi. The child-friendly villa is new and stylishly furnished, so you will not be short of anything.
On the ground floor you will find the bright living room with a fully equipped open kitchen including a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (cups), oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and complete inventory. Through the large sliding doors you enter the enclosed garden with the private swimming pool, outdoor shower, garden furniture and sun beds. You can park your car safely on the side of the house behind the closed gate. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (1 toilet with bidet). These bedrooms have a balcony with a sunny seating area on both sides. The top level offers a sunny solarium with 360° views of the nature reserve and the salt lakes of Torrevieja. The villa also includes a washing machine and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. Towels and bed linen are provided.
The villa is 2.9 km from Villamartin Golf course, 2.9 km from Villamartin Plaza, 4.9 km from the beach, 7.7 km from Torrevieja seaside resort and 1 km from the supermarket. The La Zenia Boulevard shopping center, which has more than 150 shops, is 2 km away. The nearest airport is Alicante Airport, 51 km away. The property offers airport shuttle service at a surcharge.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
