Are you looking for a carefree holiday? Discover Casa Spruit in Ciudad Quesada. This modern, detached villa is fully equipped, including high-speed internet and a television. A supermarket, open 6 days a week until 9:00 PM, is just a one-minute walk away. You can park your car on the private, covered driveway. From the moment you arrive, you can therefore fully enjoy the charming, south-facing garden with a private pool, perhaps with a drink and a snack.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one of which has direct access to the swimming pool via a large glass sliding door. If you are traveling with a group or family, there is another spacious bedroom on the first floor with a dressing room and a private bathroom. A large balcony with a comfortable sofa offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding area and the salt lakes of Torrevieja.
Ciudad Quesada has a charming town center with various restaurants. The villa is situated in a quiet yet very central neighborhood, allowing you to reach Guardamar beach in just 10 minutes by car or enjoy the promenade and night market of Torrevieja. The lively La Zenia shopping center, with a wide range of international shops and restaurants, is also nearby.
Due to high energy costs, we are obliged to take the following measures regarding electricity consumption. The stated rental prices include energy costs, unless consumption exceeds 75 kWh per week. Any excess consumption will be deducted from the deposit: €0.35 per kWh (excluding VAT).

Winter price is based on 2 persons, with a stay from 2 months.
Only in the months: November, December, January, February and March.
Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.

If you are in possession of a Google Chromecast, you can also use it in the house to watch TV during your stay.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
Please note: For check-in and check-out between 20:00 and 22:00, a surcharge of €50 will apply. For check-in and check-out between 22:00 and 00:00, a surcharge of €75 will apply. Check-in and check-out between 00:00 and 08:00 are only allowed upon prior request.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
