The apartment is on the ground floor with a terrace and a quiet street view features 2 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 2 bathrooms with a shower. Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. In the vicinity you will find the Dos Mares Shopping Center where you can shop and enjoy a day out.
La Mota beach is 1.8 km from the apartment and the golf course of Las Colinas, for example, is 23 km away. There are 15 golf courses in this region! Also popular are the mud baths of Lo Pagan, a 10-minute walk away. And the Calblanque nature reserve, half an hour's drive away, is also definitely worth a visit. The house is located in the Costa Calída, but only a few kilometers away from the Costa Blanca South.
The nearest airport is Region de Murcia International Airport, 35 km from Casa Pura Vida, but also easily accessible from Alicante airport by car, approximately 1 hour's drive. In addition, this area is particularly suitable for cycling, making the apartment also very suitable for staying in the winter months.
