The residence has a garden with fitness, tennis court and a swimming pool. You can park your car in a private spot underneath the building. There is a playground for children in the residence. The residence is connected to a promenade and 8 km of sandy beaches. Alicante is just a 10 minutes’ drive away, by car or bus, is ideal for day shopping and Spanish culture.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
