Beach Avenue Residence in Arenales del Sol is the ideal place for a holiday in any season. This luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is ideal for 4 people, but can accommodate up to 6 on the sofa bed in the living room. The living room faces southeast, and the rear terrace faces west.
The apartment is elegantly furnished, and you'll want for nothing during your stay. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and microwave. The beds have comfortable mattresses and are made up with fine linens. Towels and tea towels, as well as beach towels and two beach chairs, are provided.
The apartment features a beautiful swimming pool in a lovely green setting. Whether you're young or old, everyone will enjoy this apartment. Your car has its own parking space and storage room. You can reach the sandy beach of Arenales del Sol in just a 5-minute walk.
Alicante city center and airport are easily accessible. Shops and restaurants are all within walking distance.
