Beach Avenue Residence - Arenales del sol is the perfect vacation spot for any time of the year. This luxury apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was designed for 4 people, but the sofa bed in the living room offers sleeping spaces for 6 people. For this there is an extra price of € 49 per person per week (€7 per day) from 4 years. The Living is south-east oriented and the rear terrace is located on the west.
The apartment is decorated very tastefully, you will definetly not miss out on anything during your stay. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and microwave. The mattresses on the beds are tightly laid out with fine linen and the towels and kitchen linen are of course also present.
The residence has a beautiful communal swimming pool with beautiful green areas. Whether you are young or old, everyone will like this apartment. Private parking is available for the car and there is a storage room. You only have to walk 5 minutes to feel the sandy beach of Arenales del sol under your feet.
If you are in possession of a google chromecast, you can also use it in the house to watch TV during your stay.
The centre of Alicante and the airport can be reached very quickly. Shops and restaurants are also all within walking distance.

Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
