Green Hills 1-2 a modern apartment located in an ideal central location in villamartin at 2 kilometers from La Zenia Beach. The tastefully decorated apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a beautiful spacious terrace which is located on the south. A luxury apartment that will please you in every season, because all year round you can use the communal spa with heated pool, sauna and fitness room.
An added bonus is that the communal pool has the shape of a competition bath (an extra luxury for the most sporty guests). But also if you come with your family, then your children will have a great time at Green Hills. There is a playground and a children's pool with a beach. Park your car safely and out of the sun in the underground parking lot. In the neighborhood you will find everything you need on a daily basis.

There are supermarkets within a short walking distance where they sell a few Dutch products themselves. And let us not forget that the large La Zenia shopping boulevard is only 1.5 kilometers away. Here you can easily shop for a day as a shopping enthusiast and at the end of the day you go up the escalator. On the top ring of the shopping center you find a variety of different restaurants, from Burger King to the Chinese, from tapas bar till the 60th restaurant.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
