Green Hills 1-2 is a modern apartment situated in an ideal central location in Villamartin, just 2 kilometers from La Zenia Beach. This tastefully furnished apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a beautiful, spacious south-facing terrace. The luxury apartment is perfect for every season; you can also enjoy the communal spa with a heated pool, sauna, and gym during the winter months.
An added benefit is the competition-shaped communal swimming pool, a luxury for the sporty guests. Children will also have a great time at Green Hills with the playground and children's pool. You can safely park your car in the underground parking garage, and everything you need for your daily life can be found nearby.
Located within a short walking distance is a supermarket in a small shopping center that even stocks some Dutch products. Furthermore, the large La Zenia shopping boulevard is just 1.5 kilometers away, where shopping enthusiasts can spend an entire day. After a day of shopping, you can take the escalator to the upper ring of the shopping center, where you can enjoy a variety of dining options, from Burger King to Chinese, from tapas bars to 1960s restaurants.
If you have a Google Chromecast, you can use it in the apartment to watch TV during your stay.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
Please note: For check-in and check-out between 20:00 and 22:00, a surcharge of €50 will apply. For check-in and check-out between 22:00 and 00:00, a surcharge of €75 will apply. Check-in and check-out between 00:00 and 08:00 are only allowed upon prior request.
