2. Once you have found the ideal home, it is important to remove it from the market as soon as possible. You do this by signing the reservation contract and paying a reservation amount of approximately €3,000.00 to €6,000.00. Of course, as your real estate agent, we ensure that all contracts are checked by a certified lawyer. The lawyer checks, among other things, whether a bank guarantee is provided for new construction and whether the correct conditions of dissolution are included in the contract for existing construction: that if the home does not meet the necessary conditions, you will receive the deposit back.
3. Then it is time to investigate all matters concerning the property, such as checking for possible debts or other legal obstacles. This lawyer will also help you apply for a NIE number.
