The location is fantastic! From the very large private terrace on the right you have a great view of the harbor.
On the left you will see Plaza la Constitución (better known to the Dutch as the church of Torrevieja)
The attractively furnished penthouse is fully equipped. The living room is very spacious and has an open kitchen.
There are 2 spacious bedrooms, both with a double bed.
The bathroom has a bath, a double sink and a separate shower.
The boulevard, the cozy terraces, the fair, the harbour, the shops and of course the beach are all just a stone's throw away.
This penthouse is definitely a must during the holidays. In the holy week - Semana Santa, but also at Christmas, New Year's Eve, this is a location where there is much to see and experience. Are those dates still available? Then now is the time to book the date!
The bubble bath and the hydro massage do not work! However, the bathtub and shower can be used in the traditional ways.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
