Additionally, there are 2 bedrooms . The master bedroom features a double bed and a built-in wardrobe , while the second bedroom is furnished with 2 separate single beds and also a built-in wardrobe .
All linen is included during your stay. Additionally, there is a washing machine in the separate laundry room.

Casa Regalo is located approximately 1.5 km from La Mata beach and close to various amenities. The beaches of Torrevieja are about 2.5 km away , while the center of Torrevieja is about 4 km away.
Thanks to this central location, shops, restaurants, and excursions in the surrounding area are easily accessible.
Pets welcome under conditions
At Casa Regalo , one small dog is allowed , provided it does not cause a nuisance to local residents or subsequent guests.
For dogs, a surcharge of €100 per stay applies for extra cleaning costs. Additionally, guests are expected to take care of cleaning up hair and any mess during the stay themselves.
Pets are not allowed on sofas, beds, in the shower, or on other furniture, and it is advised against leaving dogs alone in the home for extended periods.

Please note: For check-in and check-out between 20:00 and 22:00, a surcharge of €50 will apply. For check-in and check-out between 22:00 and 00:00, a surcharge of €75 will apply. Check-in and check-out between 00:00 and 08:00 are only allowed upon prior request.
