This Villa has a full guest house on the ground floorVilla El Sueño (The Dream) is a luxury villa on the outskirts of La Marina (San Fulgencio). Because the Villa is situated somewhat higher than the surrounding houses, it offers you a beautiful panoramic view of the area. This villa has been recently modernized and fully furnished with comfortable furniture. master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is tasteful and offers plenty of space. The second bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom. The living room is stylish and modern. The cozy sitting area with fireplace is also equipped with TV Vlaanderen and NPO-1, 2 & 3. From the living room there is access to a covered terrace with garden table and chairs. From this terrace you reach the beautiful swimming pool with sun terrace via a staircase. The pool can be heated in the colder months at an additional cost of € 10 per day extra.
If you want to make use of this, we should know in good time, because heating takes at least 2 days and therefore must be known to us before your arrival.
This Villa has a complete guest house on the ground floor, so you can stay with 8 people. This guest house can only be reached from the outside. It is equipped with a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and also has TV Vlaanderen. If you also want to use the guest house, the costs of the final cleaning will increase
from €150 to €225. Villa El Sueño is not far from civilization, although the villa does give the feeling of complete freedom and privacy. There is a carport for one car within the domain and a spacious parking strip on the street side in front of the house. So you can stay with 8 people. This guest house can only be reached from the outside. It is equipped with a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and also has TV Vlaanderen.
If you are in possession of a google chromecast, you can also use it in the house to watch TV during your stay.

Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
