Casa Starrenburg is a beautiful holiday villa on the edge of the urbanization La Marina. This luxurious, detached villa offers a modern and well-maintained interior. The spacious living room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV with all Dutch channels, including commercial channels. The master bedroom has a spacious double bed of 180 x 200 cm, while the second bedroom has two separate single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a handy water tap for drinking water, so you do not have to buy bottled water.
The entire villa is air-conditioned for both heating and cooling, and the living room and bathroom have extra comfort with underfloor heating. In addition to the bathroom, there is a separate toilet. Free WIFI is available in the house. The beautifully landscaped garden offers a serene environment, with a large private swimming pool in the south-facing front garden. There is ample parking on site. This villa offers an ideal base for a relaxing holiday, with the beautiful sandy beaches of La Marina just a 10-minute drive away.
For extra comfort the pool can be heated with a heat pump, at an additional cost of €10 per day for electricity costs. Please note that the pool heating must be turned on two days before arrival in order to reach a comfortable temperature upon arrival.

Winter price is based on 2 persons, with a stay from 2 months.
Only in the months: November, December, January, February and March.
Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.

Departure: every day before 10 am
We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
