Casa Starrenburg is a stunning holiday villa on the edge of the La Marina urbanisation. This luxurious, detached villa offers modern and well-maintained furnishings. The spacious living room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV with all Dutch-language channels, including commercial channels. The master bedroom features a spacious double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, while the second bedroom is furnished with two separate single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a convenient tap for drinking water, so you do not need to buy bottled water.
The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning for both heating and cooling, and the living room and bathroom enjoy extra comfort thanks to underfloor heating. In addition to the bathroom, there is a separate toilet. Free Wi-Fi is available in the property. The beautifully landscaped garden offers a serene setting, with a large private swimming pool in the south-facing front garden. There is ample parking on the property. This villa offers an ideal base for a relaxing holiday, with the beautiful sandy beaches of La Marina just a 10-minute drive away.
For extra comfort, the swimming pool can be heated with a heat pump at an additional cost of €10 per day for electricity. Please note that the pool heating must be switched on 3 days prior to arrival to achieve a pleasant temperature upon arrival.
Energy consumption during the winter period
During the winter period, 125 kWh of electricity consumption per week is included in the rental price. Consumption is recorded via an energy meter.
If consumption exceeds 125 kWh per week, the excess consumption will be charged at €0.25 per kWh after the stay.

Winter price is based on 2 persons, with a stay from 2 months.
Only in the months: November, December, January, February and March.
Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
Please note: For check-in and check-out between 20:00 and 22:00, a surcharge of €50 will apply. For check-in and check-out between 22:00 and 00:00, a surcharge of €75 will apply. Check-in and check-out between 00:00 and 08:00 are only allowed upon prior request.
