The sea has small bays and rocks for wonderful walks and 1 km is the beautiful fine sandy beach of La Mata.
On the urbanization is a communal swimming pool with lawn.
This is located approximately 30 meters from the home.
The property itself is very well furnished, clean and well maintained. It has a balcony and the roof terrace is accessible via a fixed staircase in the living room.
On this large sunny roof terrace you have sun all day long and even a sea view !.
You will soon feel at home and if the weather is bad, you will not be bored,
there is satellite TV with all Ned. channels, WIFI, Ned. reading books (Simone vd Vlugt, Suzanne Vermeer, Peter R. de Vries etc ..), magazines and games.

The house itself is fully furnished, clean and well maintained. It has a balcony and the roof terrace is accessible via a staircase in the living room. On this large sunny roof terrace you have sun all day and even sea views!
You will soon feel at home and even if the weather is bad, you will not be bored. In the apartment there is free WIFI and there is a satellite TV with all Dutch channels. There are also Dutch reading books (Simone vd Vlugt, Suzanne Vermeer, Peter R.de Vries and more), magazines and games.
There are two bedrooms: one has a double bed and the other two single beds. All beds have a topper and a duvet. There is 1 bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. You have your own parking space within the urbanization so that your car can be parked safely. There are adjustable chairs, sunbeds, beach beds, a parasol and a sunshade available.
There are several nice shops and restaurants within walking distance. The house has a folder with information about the area, the markets, nearest shops and the best restaurants in the area. It also contains the addresses and telephone numbers of hospitals, Dutch-speaking general practitioners, dentists and all other important numbers. Your contact person in Spain will also be Dutch.
If you are in possession of a google chromecast, you can also use it in the house to watch TV during your stay.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
