You can get all daily necessities on foot in the village. La Mata has a small center, a church square, a weekly market on Wednesdays and huge stretches of beaches known as the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca.
A bus stop is only 50 meters away and gives access to many extraordinary sights in the near distance. A protected park is nearby for peaceful walks. Costa Blanca has a Mediterranean climate, thus hot and dry summers yet also mild and dry winters. Therefore this is a perfect location for many long rentals. You will feel home with the comfort the apartment provides, so you will enjoy an amazing holiday. And if you will make use of our pick-up service, you will enjoy an exquisite glass of wine or cerveza within an hour! Cheers!

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
