This spacious apartment Aquanatura 3A-1B, is located on the first floor in La Mata residence Aqua Nature, just 100m from the beautiful sandy beach. You have a spacious terrace with a magnificent view of the sea and the swimming pool. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary comfort, of course the garden furniture is not missing. The layout is as follows: Modern living room with a comfortable sofa bed, making this apartment suitable for 6 people. LCD TV with satellite, TV FLANDERS & DVD player and WIFI. Fully equipped open kitchen, 2 spacious bathrooms with shower, washbasin and toilet. 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Built-in wardrobes in both bedrooms. You can enjoy a communal swimming pool with children's pool and beautifully landscaped garden. An underground parking space with storage is available for an additional €25 per week.
On the other side of the road is a beautiful nature reserve Las Lagunas de La Mata. A wonderfully beautiful piece of nature where you can enjoy walking or cycling. The immediate vicinity offers beautiful long stretches of beaches and a wide range of facilities to meet your daily needs. There are many pleasant terraces and a wide choice of restaurants. We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
