This fantastically located property is equipped with a Smart TV, super-fast internet, air conditioning and heating, a sunny communal pool and an underground parking garage. In the kitchen you can cook on induction. In addition to the washing machine, there is also a condenser dryer. There is 1 large bathroom with shower, bath, double sink, toilet and heating element. In addition, there is a separate toilet available.
There is also a Google Chromecast available, so you can also stream your favorite TV programs.
From Natura Pinet-1 it is only 1.5 kilometers to the center of the village, and 400 meters to the vast sandy beaches of La Marina. From the living room we enter the partly covered terrace. Through this terrace we can also enter the private solarium. This house will certainly give you an unforgettable holiday!
On bookings of a whole week there is a reduction of 5%. For bookings of 2 weeks or more there is a reduction of 10%. (Not valid for the winter month price.)

Winter price is based on 2 persons, with a stay from 2 months.
Only in the months: November, December, January, February and March.
Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.
You are not obliged to book per week, this may also be 5, 9 or another number of days.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
