This fantastically located house is equipped with a Smart TV, super-fast internet, air conditioning and heating, a sunny communal swimming pool and an underground parking garage. In the kitchen you can cook on induction. In addition to the washing machine, there is also a condensation dryer. There is 1 large bathroom with shower, bath, double sink, toilet and heating element. In addition, a separate toilet is available.
There is also a Google Chromecast available; streaming of your favorite TV programs is also possible.
From Natura Pinet-1 it is only 1.5 kilometers to the center of the village, and 400 meters to the extensive sandy beaches of La Marina. From the living room we enter the partly covered terrace. Through this terrace we can also enter the private solarium, where the jacuzzi (which you can rent for a stay of at least 1 week for €40 per week to prepare the Jacuzzi for us) and outdoor shower are located. This property will certainly give you an unforgettable holiday!

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
