This property is a single storey luxury villa in a beautiful location four kilometers from the beach of La Marina. The Villa is South/West oriented with unobstructed views and is fully equipped. Air conditioning hot/cold, WiFi (free) and Dutch HD TV are of course available, but of course also a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, combi microwave and induction hob make the villa completely complete. Every day you can enjoy the setting sun that disappears behind the mountains near Murcia. You can park your car on your own driveway. Large terraces with atmospheric lighting around the pool and tasteful modern furnishings with a luxurious open kitchen with bar, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bath and the en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Within walking distance you will find important facilities such as supermarket, bank, restaurants, shops, etc. and within 10 minutes by car you can reach the beautiful dunes of La Marina or the pleasant boulevard of Guadamar. Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
