This modern apartment is located on the 1st floor in Residence Aqua Nature in La Mata. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary comfort. The stylish living room is adjacent to the modern, open kitchen. The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, Residence Aqua Nature guarantees a fantastic, memorable holiday! A parking space in the underground parking garage is also available for rent for €25 per week.
You can get all daily necessities on foot in the village. La Mata has a small center, a church square, a weekly market on Wednesdays and huge stretches of beaches known as the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca. The beach 'Playa la Mata' is less than 100 meters away. Of course you can use the large communal swimming pool with children's pool during your holiday, if it falls within the period from May 14 to October 14. There is also a nicely landscaped park next to the residence with a playground for small children, a sports field and jeu de boules courts.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
