Less than 10 minutes walk from the beach, this modern, fully furnished apartment! The location is unique between 2 protected nature reserves. On one side lies the vast dune area with pine trees of Guardamar, and on the other side the salinas of Santa Pola begin; those are the salt lakes. El Pinet is known for its fantastic beach (almost 2 km) of fine white sand within walking distance. In El Pinet you can find the balance between nature and relaxation. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a luxurious bathroom with bath and shower and cozy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen, private solarium. The entire apartment is equipped with an air conditioning / heating system. There is an underground garage and a large shared swimming pool which you can use, of course. It is located south of Alicante only 20 minutes from the international airport of Alicante - El Altet where daily low-cost flights go to.
If you are in possession of a google chromecast, you can also use it in the house to watch TV during your stay.

Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
