Just 100mts from some of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca, Ardicasa provides an ideal location for a relaxing family holiday.second floor apartment, the property features a balcony and has 2 fully air-conditioned bedrooms (Double bed in one room, 2 bunk beds in the other, with an additional pull out bunk bed if required.)
Wifi is free in the apartment, as are the local digital TV channels on a flat screen HD TV. Separate kitchenette equipped with fridge, oven, washing machine.
A 5 min walk brings you to the centre of the town, with many local shops, restaurants and a supermarket with a wide variety of produce. A regular bus service runs to the nearby town of Torrevieja. Owners have been coming to La Mata since 2005, and find it a very safe and friendly town, ideally suited for families with children.A boardwalk at the end of the street goes south along the Golden sands of La Mata beach, with many bars and restaurants. Or head north along Guardamar beach, alongside natural sand dunes up to the next village of Guardamar. Walking enthusiasts can hike through the Natural park between two lagoons, and bicycle hire is also popular in the area.
If you are in possession of a google chromecast, you can also use it in the house to watch TV during your stay.
A large 40m public swimming pool is only 15 min way in the nearby Pinomar complex, and a large weekly market is run nearby. The water park Aquopolis is one of the biggest on the Costa Blanca and is only a 10 minute drive from the apartment.

If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
