This holiday home is located in a pleasant area on the beach of La Mata where there are many restaurants. The house has two floors and has a traditional Spanish design. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with bathroom and open kitchen. There is a terrace at the front and at the back. Upstairs is another spacious bedroom with a bathroom. On this floor there is another terrace with a sea view. This way you can enjoy the sun at any time of the day.
The house has air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs and is equipped with fans in every room. The house has a smart TV and you can use the WiFi for free.
If you come by car, there is a parking space available in the garage. This way you can always park nearby. The house is particularly suitable for families due to the many options that the neighborhood has to offer. You walk 200 meters further from the house to the beach, which also has a communal swimming pool with a spacious lawn. The pool has a shallow end. A playground that is shielded by a cloth protects your children from the bright sun
If you have a Google Chromecast, you can also use it in the home to watch TV during your stay.

Winter price is based on 2 persons, with a stay from 2 months.
Only in the months: November, December, January, February and March.
Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.
You are not obliged to book per week, this may also be 5, 9 or another number of days.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
