CasaLasDunas mediates in the rental and rental of private holiday homes on the Costa Blanca and Costa Del Sol. Renting from CasaLasDunas means security, comfort and personal service. We would like to welcome you to our office in La Marina on the Costa Blanca, 25 kilometers south of Alicante airport or our meeting point on the Costa del Sol. We will guide you to the home you have reserved and show you around the home. We are also your point of contact during your stay during office hours. For emergency situations, we will provide you with the relevant telephone number upon arrival that you can use.
How do we work?
It is easy to select your home via our website. Under each home you will find a calendar showing availability. We rent from day to day and not just from Saturday to Saturday, for example. You send us any questions or reservations by email. After receiving your confirmation of the reservation, we will send you all further information by email. A number of our properties are also published on Booking.com and AirBnB, but booking directly is always cheaper.
Payment
When booking you pay a deposit of 25% of the total rental amount. You pay the remainder six weeks before the start of your well-deserved holiday. After receiving payment, we will send you a welcome letter and directions with telephone numbers. If you ultimately decide not to make the reservation, in many cases* you have the option to cancel the booking free of charge within 3 days.
Checking in
As soon as you arrive at Alicante, Murcia or Malaga airport or by car, we ask you to inform us by telephone so that we know approximately what time we can expect you. We will personally take you to the house and give you instructions on how everything works, such as the television, air conditioning and WiFi. We always receive your IBAN number in advance to refund the deposit (this is not always automatically stated on the statements we receive from our bank). In connection with the legally required registration, we request that you email your ID or passport number plus IBAN and account name to holiday@casalasdunas.com before departure.
Checking out
As soon as you leave the house, we will come and check the house with you. We ask that you leave the house tidy (no dishes or garbage) and that everything is neatly tidy and visible. You can place the last load of laundry in the washing machine. If everything is in order, the deposit will be refunded within 10 to 14 days.
Please note: When checking in and out between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM we charge €30 and between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM we charge €50.

Our services include:
- Reserving your holiday home and issuing the invoice (rental contract) and General Terms and Conditions.
- Personal welcome and guidance.
- If desired, we can also take care of your transfer to and from the airport or arrange a rental car.
- We regularly receive requests to prepare a welcome package or a bottle of wine with a card upon arrival for an agreed amount. Feel free to make your wishes known or surprise your friends or family members.

Pets:
In general, pets are prohibited, only certain homes allow pets. Naturally, we expect - within reason - that your pet will not cause any nuisance to the neighbors. We also expect you to clean up feces, vomit, hair from molting dogs and the like yourself. We charge €35 per dog per stay for additional cleaning costs. Dogs are of course not allowed in the shower, on the couch, beds and/or on other furniture. If dog hair is found here, it will be thrown away and the renewal will be deducted from the deposit, as well as other damage and soiling. We like to keep the houses tidy for all guests! It is not advisable to leave a dog alone in the house.

*The free cancellation policy does not apply to:
- a booking with arrival within 3 weeks,
- a booking on request,
- existing bookings. Bookings that are changed at a later time (for example a new departure date or someone who is added) can no longer be canceled free of charge.
