Build individually with CasaLasDunas

After finding the best plot of land, we will be making an appointment with our architects to work out the basic plan according to the client’s wishes. All our villas are entirely well designed and exclusive. Naturally, we do have various model models of villas at hand, in which your ideas and individual touch can be incorporated into the new-build project. “Every CasaLasDunas new construction project must reflect the individuality and personality of our customers!”

The plans for building your own house

When a final plan has been created after careful consideration and consultation, we can, if desired, for a small fee, have a 3D impression artist make virtual photos. These impressions accurately reflect reality, because the computer programs our architects work with are of the very latest generation and offer fantastic detailing. The client can also still have adjustments made to the design based on these images.

Building your house in Spain… The final project

When everything is finally to your liking, the final project is made and presented to the relevant municipality for the application for the building permit. The issue of this takes an average of 4 months. Normally we can start to make the plot ready for construction before the issue of the building permit, so that no time is lost. The selection of all materials such as tiling, kitchen, sanitary facilities etc. is, in principle, always supervised by CasaLasDunas. Orders are always placed in consultation with us, so that no misunderstandings arise and unnecessary annoyance is prevented.

We work closely with a law firm that also employs a Dutch-speaking lawyer, who ensures that all legal matters surrounding the purchase of a home in Spain are fully investigated and explained to you. The lawyer will also prepare the transfer at the notary and be present, so that everything is handled correctly. The entire construction process is fully documented by us with photos from the start of construction and all intermediate stages up to the delivery of your villa. So even if you are not permanently in Spain, we will keep you fully informed of the progress. The time of the construction process is experienced by our customers as a very pleasant and extremely interesting period and the end result is therefore always very satisfactory.
