The villa is within 5 minutes walking distance of several nice restaurants and bars, and within 10 minutes you are either in lively Torrevieja or high-end beach-life in La Mata
The spacious terrace has a spacious lounge set and 6 sun beds. From the roof terrace you have a sea view. Here are also 2 sunbeds. On this roof terrace you can enjoy a secluded and free sunbathing. This is not all, there are 2 bicycles available with which you can explore the area.
The villa is located a 12-minute walk from the extensive sandy beach!
As the crow flies, it is 500 meters from the sea, where you can enjoy beautiful snorkeling near the rocky coast.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
