Situated on the south-facing 2nd floor (corner), this apartment offers breathtaking views of the La Mata Natural Park. Despite its compact layout, the sofa bed in the living room sleeps four people comfortably.
The apartment is ideally located, with a bakery, supermarket and several restaurants just a stone's throw away. Within a few minutes you can walk to the wide white sandy beach and the lively village square with numerous terraces and shops. For more adventure you are within 10 minutes drive in Torrevieja, a bustling seaside resort full of restaurants, shops and a marina.
Rafaela is only 40 km from Alicante and offers a range of activities in the area, such as tennis, cycling, golf and hiking. In addition, every Wednesday you can stroll through the cozy market in the street behind the apartment. The wonderful climate and the beautiful surroundings of La Mata make your stay unforgettable.

Winter price is based on 2 persons, with a stay from 2 months.

Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.
You are not obliged to book per week, this may also be 5, 9 or another number of days.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
