For the sports facilities there is a tennis court and multi-sport equipment. The apartment has an underground parking space. The children have also been taken into account: there is a children's playground, but there is also a section in the swimming pool area just for the little ones. Fun guaranteed! The Mediterranean Sea awaits you 100 meters away with 8 km of fine sandy beaches and a wonderful walking promenade that runs in front of this residence. For a fun day out, there is of course the city of Alicante, just a 10-minute drive away. Also easily accessible by public transport.
If you have a Google Chromecast, you can also use it in the home to watch TV during your stay.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
