Spend your holiday in this modern and attractively furnished bungalow located in Punta Marina, Orihuela Costa.
Nice shopping center with, among other things. supermarket, pharmacy and various goods are about 5 minutes walk away. restaurants (including McDonalds, which is open 24 hours a day!)
You enter and your holiday starts immediately, because the beds are made and there are plenty of towels available. The house is equipped with many conveniences.
There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, oven, Senseo and large fridge-freezer combination! In the utility room you can use a washing machine and dryer. The living room has a cozy electric fireplace.
The house has 2 bedrooms (both with large built-in wardrobes), of which 1 bedroom has a private bathroom! Naturally, the house has air conditioning (can also be heated), and 2 modern bathrooms with shower, both with toilet.
The house has a garden and a covered terrace/conservatory. The resort where the house is located has a beautiful swimming pool with a spacious sunbathing area, where children will certainly have fun!

Winter price is based on 2 persons, with a stay from 2 months.
Only in the months: November, December, January, February and March.
Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.
You are not obliged to book per week, this may also be 5, 9 or another number of days.

If you are in possession of a Google Chromecast, you can also use it in the house to watch TV during your stay.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
