A charming Spanish apartment within walking distance of all facilities!
Can you picture yourself sitting in the morning sun on the patio or in the spacious veranda with a delicious cup of freshly brewed coffee? Enjoying the beautiful view? Then Casa Vicente is the ideal place for you.
On the southwest-facing patio in a quiet street, overlooking the sea, you immediately feel and smell the Spanish atmosphere. The veranda offers a lovely place to relax in both summer and winter. As a major plus, the holiday complex offers two communal swimming pools, including a children's pool. In short, it is wonderful for young and old to cool off in the pool! There is a playground nearby for the little ones.
Inside the house, you will find a cozy living room with Spanish arches and an open kitchen. The house is fully equipped with new modern appliances, such as a QLED TV (including international television). The house features two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom, making it ideal for a family or a couple. All windows are fitted with roller shutters for blackout and cooling.
All of this is within walking distance of various restaurants, shops, and the Consum supermarket, and a 5-minute drive to the La Zenia Boulevard shopping center or the sea. You can also take the bus to the city center of Torrevieja to discover the local culture and sights.

Winter price is based on 2 persons, with a stay from 2 months.

Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
Please note: For check-in and check-out between 20:00 and 22:00, a surcharge of €50 will apply. For check-in and check-out between 22:00 and 00:00, a surcharge of €75 will apply. Check-in and check-out between 00:00 and 08:00 are only allowed upon prior request.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
