This beautiful, sunny, modernly furnished apartment with Spanish accents is located in Orihuela Costa, specifically in the Villamartín district within the beautiful and quiet opera neighborhood. The area is green and privileged, in the vicinity of three fantastic golf courses: Villamartín, Las Ramblas, and Campoamor. The beautiful beaches and coves of Orihuela Costa are just about an eight-minute drive away.
Within approximately a 10-minute walk, you will find various amenities such as bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The large La Zenia Boulevard shopping center, with a wide selection of shops, terraces, and restaurants, is a short drive away.
The architecture in the neighborhood is striking and atmospheric. The four-story apartment building is built in a Moorish style with blue and yellow tiles and characteristic turrets. This makes the area particularly suitable for enjoying the sun, peace, and Spanish life. Moreover, Orihuela Costa has no high-rise buildings.
Azahar is located on the first floor and is accessible via both the stairs and the elevator.
The apartment features 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and 2 bathrooms with toilets. The master bedroom has a double box-spring bed consisting of two single beds. The second bedroom has two single beds.
Through the hallway, you enter the spacious living room with a dining area and open kitchen. The living room features a comfortable seating area with a sofa bed and armchairs, an extendable dining table, a television with international channels, and a fireplace.
For extra comfort , air conditioning is available in the living room/open kitchen and in both bedrooms . The air conditioning can both cool and heat, making the apartment comfortable even outside the summer months.
Naturally, there is a good Wi-Fi connection available throughout the entire apartment, included in the rental price.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood, and coffee makers, including a Nespresso machine.
Adjoining is a utility room with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, drying rack, patio chairs, parasol, and various kitchen utensils.
From the living room, you step onto the spacious southeast-facing terrace. Here, depending on the season, you can enjoy the sun from early morning until the afternoon. The terrace is a lovely spot for breakfast in the morning sun or dinner in the evening.
From the terrace, you have a view of the communal garden and a green municipal park.
The complex features a large, beautifully landscaped communal garden with a swimming pool, children's pool, showers, and sun loungers.
On the top floor of the building, there is a communal roof terrace where you can sunbathe and enjoy the view towards the sea. The roof terrace is accessible via the elevator and stairs. Outside of the high season, it is often wonderfully quiet in the garden, by the pool, and on the roof terrace.
Ample parking is available on the street in front of the complex.
The apartment is located approximately 3 to 4 kilometers from the beaches and coves of La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, and Cabo Roig, and less than 1 kilometer from the center of Villamartín.
The well-known Villamartín Plaza, with various restaurants, bars, and terraces, is a pleasant place to have a drink or go out for dinner. From Villamartín, there are also bus connections to Torrevieja, Cabo Roig, and Campoamor, among others.
To prevent a nuisance to other residents, smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
Dogs and other pets are also not allowed.
In the immediate vicinity of Orihuela Costa, there are various medical facilities, including Hospital Quirónsalud Torrevieja and Hospital Universitario de Torrevieja, both with emergency departments.
The stated rental rates include energy costs up to a consumption of 65 kWh of electricity per week. Additional consumption will be deducted from the deposit at a rate of €0.35 per kWh.
