This non-smoking 5-star apartment called Casa Haco is located in the authentic Spanish town of Formentera del Segura.
The very complete furnished apartment is located on the top floor (3rd floor) and offers a beautiful view. It is accessible by elevator and suitable for 2 persons. Casa Haco is a short walk from a supermarket and various restaurants and terraces. The area is ideal for walking or cycling tours. The apartment is fully furnished and has air conditioning (hot and cold), infrared heating and a (Dutch) television. This makes the apartment ideal for wintering. The television is connected to a Canal Digitaal receiver with which you can record programs, watch missed programs and watch programs that have already started from the beginning. Thanks to the smart functions of the TV and the fast fiber optic internet connection, you can watch Netflix films and commercial-free programs via NLziet, for example.
On the roof of the apartment complex there is a lovely sun terrace with flower boxes and a communal swimming pool. There is also a private storage room where you can find garden furniture and a parasol. Casa Haco is a hidden gem that is often overlooked by people when searching, but according to guests who have already been there, it is an absolute must for people who like peace and quiet but still want to have entertainment within reach.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
