Community pool
El Palacio is a cozy apartment with Spanish accents and sea views, located in the Parquemar V urbanization, in the los Europeos district.
The urbanization has two communal swimming pools with showers and sunbathing areas that are open all year round.
From the balcony you have a view of one of the communal swimming pools.
From the apartment you can walk approximately 450 meters to the fine sandy beach of La Mata in 6 minutes.
The urbanization has a beautiful park with many palm trees and beautiful plants that have a real Spanish appearance, which is also neatly maintained all year round.
There is also a children's playground and Jeu de boules court in the park.
The apartment is clean, tidy and has two bedrooms, one with a spacious double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds, both with ceiling fans.
The living room has air conditioning, WiFi and a Chromecast that you can use to watch TV during your stay.
There are also Dutch magazines, books and games available.
The apartment is within walking distance of the boulevard and all kinds of tasty and affordable restaurants where there is always fun such as flamenco dancing and live music.
The supermarket is also close by, two streets behind the urbanization, and on Wednesdays the lively large market runs through the streets of La Mata.
The bus stop to Torrevieja is 150 meters away.
To avoid inconvenience to other users, smoking is not permitted in our apartment.

Winter price is based on 2 persons, with a stay from 2 months.
Only in the months: November, December, January, February and March.
Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.

If you are in possession of a Google Chromecast, you can also use it in the house to watch TV during your stay.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
Please note: For check-in and check-out between 20:00 and 22:00, a surcharge of €50 will apply. For check-in and check-out between 22:00 and 00:00, a surcharge of €75 will apply. Check-in and check-out between 00:00 and 08:00 are only allowed upon prior request.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
