Villasol 25 is a modern and elegant two-bedroom apartment in Urb. La Marina. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Located on the top floor, it welcomes the sun in the morning on the balcony, overlooking the beautiful communal pool, surrounded by a garden with palm trees and flowers.
In addition, the apartment offers a spacious roof terrace of over 50 square meters for ultimate privacy, with stunning views of the mountains and countryside, and breathtaking sunsets.
Located in a quiet and peaceful area, about 800 meters from the nearest supermarket and restaurants, and 4 km from a clean sandy beach. A numbered parking space is available in a closed communal area. There are excellent dining options nearby, including the award-winning Marina Senses spa where you can enjoy swimming in warm water, even in winter. Villasol 25 is a hassle-free choice for a holiday, with amenities such as air conditioning, high-speed internet connection and a Google Chromecast for entertainment. Guests can also make use of pool toys and sunbeds.
Due to the high energy costs, the rental prices include energy costs, unless consumption exceeds 65 kWh of electricity per week. Additional costs will be deducted from the deposit at €0.25 per kW.h.

Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.
You are not obliged to book per week, this may also be 5, 9 or another number of days.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
