In Casa Milos you have everything you need to stay in an oasis of peace and yet close to a charming centre.
This well-maintained and bright apartment has a cozy living room, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms. The television has the necessary channels and of course there is wifi. If you have a Google Chromecast, you can also use it to watch TV during your stay. There is air conditioning in the living room and in the master bedroom, so you can keep the entire apartment pleasantly cool. You can also take a refreshing dip in the communal swimming pool at the end of the road. Fun guaranteed! On the terrace you can dream away with breakfast or an aperitif with a beautiful view.
Quesada town, within walking distance, offers much for an unforgettable holiday. Think of the Aqua Park, Crazy Golf, bowling, tennis courts, golf, bars, restaurants galore, cozy shops, shopping centers, and more. Given the good and central location of Quesada, you can make numerous trips by car. Think for example of the lively Torrevieja, beach-life in La Mata, diving excursions in Santa Pola, and other sights.
The list is endless. Boredom is never an issue here and the Spanish sun, which shines 320 days a year, is the icing on the cake.
Due to the high energy costs, we are forced to do the following for the consumption of electricity. The stated rental rates include energy costs, unless more than 65 kWh of electricity is consumed per week. The additional consumption costs will be settled with the deposit at € 0.35 per kWh.

Winter price is based on 2 persons, with a stay from 2 months.
Only in the months: November, December, January, February and March.
Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.
You are not obliged to book per week, this may also be 5, 9 or another number of days.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
