What are you going to do?

Your duties will include:

• Warm acquisition
• Answering and following up on leads via telephone and email
• Field service support
• Acquiring and maintaining product and market knowledge

Who are we looking for?

• You speak Dutch and have a good command of English
• You live on the Costa Blanca South
• You are flexible, independent and have strong communication skills.
• You are customer-oriented and commercially oriented
• Experience in real estate is an advantage

Vacancy: Interior Caretaker – 10 to 20 hours per week (hours negotiable)

As an interior care professional, you play a vital role in our organization. In a dynamic and sometimes hectic environment, you're our pillar of strength and ensure satisfied customers.

What are you going to do?

As an interior caretaker, you'll work independently or in collaboration with one of our managers, based on our quality standards. Your daily tasks include:

• Thorough cleaning of the home after tenants leave;
• Reporting defects and/or maintenance work;
• Making the beds and preparing the house for the arrival of tenants;
• Maintain contact with colleagues from the rental department.
• Resolving minor emergencies such as changing a light bulb.

Who are we looking for?

You're a hard worker and value hospitality. You can structure and schedule your work effectively, even under pressure. We also look for the following in you:

• You have experience as an interior caretaker
• You live in the area of Orihuela Costa, Torrevieja or La Marina
• You own a car and a driver's license
• You are a team player
• You are transparent and sincere
