A well-organized viewing trip makes buying a property in Spain straightforward and worry-free. At CasaLasDunas, we ensure you only visit properties that truly meet your needs, so you can make your decision fully prepared.

How do we work?

  • Complete your wish profile Our extensive wish profile allows you to clearly indicate your preferences, such as budget, type of home and region.
  • Personal contact We will then contact you to discuss your wishes and realistically tailor the options to your needs.
  • First selection You will receive a carefully selected selection of new-build homes, so that you already have a good idea of the options available within your budget.
  • Determine the purpose and location. Together we discuss whether the property is intended as a holiday home, an investment for rental or permanent residence, and in which region you want to purchase.

How the viewing trip works

  • The viewing trip is exclusively intended for new-build homes
  • Possible on the Costa Blanca, Costa Cálida, Costa Almería and Costa del Sol
  • We can pick you up from the airport if desired
  • We reserve a hotel or apartment from our own rental offer
  • Introductory meeting at the office including discussion of the pre-selection
  • Clear explanation of all additional costs

Daily schedule

  • Day 1: Visit to the first selected homes + evaluation
  • Day 2: Targeted viewings based on your preferences + evaluation
  • Day 3: Visit to the top 3 homes, including an extensive discussion of the pros and cons
  • Extra day (if necessary): For example, to apply for a NIE number or to open a Spanish bank account

Costs & reimbursement

  • We offer compensation up to €750 for the viewing trip
  • This compensation will be settled upon transfer at the notary
  • The viewing trip takes place in your own language

Security & reliability

  • We work exclusively with new construction projects that are fully legally and financially sound
  • All projects comply with Spanish legislation
  • The developer always provides a bank guarantee
  • We take care of all appointments with project developers

What we don't do

  • No compensation for viewings of existing homes
  • No compensation if you are already staying in Spain on your own initiative
  • The compensation only applies when the entire viewing trip is booked exclusively through CasaLasDunas
