Casa de la Suerte means house of happiness. We hope that you feel as happy in our house as we do. Our villa is in a beautiful location, you are a few footsteps away from the communal swimming pool and 4km from the beach of la Marina. You can also enjoy the setting sun every day from the roof terrace.
Our Casa is equipped with 3 air conditioners that can be adjusted hot or cold, free WiFi, TV, a luxurious fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee maker and electricity. cooker. Towels, bed linen and a high chair are included. You can also park your car on your own property.
*The master bedroom has a double bed (if you want 2 single beds, no problem, remove the topper so you have it.) This room has air conditioning (hot/cold), an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, separate bath and bidet). To top it all off, this room is adjacent to a spacious roof terrace and has a lovely built-in wardrobe.
*The 2nd bedroom is also equipped with a double bed with a double topper, which you can possibly convert to 2 x single beds, a built-in hanging/cupboard, hot/cold air conditioning and a view of the swimming pool. This bedroom has a private bathroom in the hallway.
*The 3rd bedroom is on the ground floor and has a fixed bed of 160x200cm, a built-in wardrobe and bathroom with shower and toilet.
In the living room there is a lovely L-shaped sofa bed for an extra sleeping spot.
Within walking distance you will find important facilities such as a supermarket, doctor, bank, restaurants and shops and you can reach the beach of la Marina or the pleasant boulevard of Guardamar within 10 minutes by car.
Energy costs: We also try to take the environment into account as much as possible. The rental rates include energy costs unless more than 80 KW of electricity is consumed per week. The additional consumption costs will be deducted from the deposit, settled at € 0.25 per KW.h

Winter price is based on 2 persons, with a stay from 2 months.
Only in the months: November, December, January, February and March.
Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.
You are not obliged to book per week, this may also be 5, 9 or another number of days.

If you are in possession of a Google Chromecast, you can also use it in the house to watch TV during your stay.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
