Are you the Junior Content Marketer we are looking for?

You oversee and edit all content on the website and other digital channels of our organization.

You post messages and other content, edit and process messages and information, and think of ways to attract more visitors to the digital channels.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You are operationally involved in the composition and editing of messages that are distributed via digital channels. In technical terms, you ensure the functioning and correct use of the CMS and you ensure that online content is SEO-optimized for search terms. Furthermore, we expect from you:

• Managing a website using CMS
• Providing or editing posted content
• Sharing content via various social media
• Creating, coordinating and managing content
• Ensure that content to be posted meets SEO standards for web search
• Designing and monitoring the corporate identity
• Consult about the content of the website and advise on improving the website
• Analyzing and interpreting user statistics

Who are we looking for?

You are enthusiastic and have a positive attitude.

You already live in Spain on the Costa Blanca South.

You have an excellent command of the Dutch language and you are proficient in the English language. French, German and Spanish are a plus.

Interior caretaker – 20 hours per week

As an interior caretaker, you play an important role in our organization. In a dynamic and sometimes hectic environment, you are our pillar and you ensure satisfied customers.

The function

As an interior caretaker, you function independently or in collaboration with one of our managers based on our quality standards.

Your daily tasks include:

• Thorough cleaning of the home after tenants leave;
• Reporting defects and/or maintenance work;
• Making the beds and preparing the house for the arrival of tenants;
• Maintain contact with colleagues from the rental department.

We are looking for

You are a hard worker and find hospitality important. You can structure and plan your work well, even under time pressure.

We would also like to see the following in you:

• You have experience as an interior caretaker
• You live in the area of Torrevieja
• You own a car and a driver's license
