Rental with or without a license
With the new regulations in Spain, there are several options for renting out via CasaLasDunas:
- Tourist rental (< 11 days) → License required
- Seasonal rental (11 days to 11 months) → No license required
This offers additional opportunities to rent out your property profitably, even without a license. We would be happy to advise you on the best strategy.
Our management and rental packages

Package A – Key Management
€50 excl. VAT per year
- Extra keys safely stored at our office
- Ideal for emergencies or forgotten keys
- Available for, for example, gardener or maintenance
- Always easy to pick up at our office
Package B1 – Property Management
€295 excl. VAT per year
- Inspection of your home at least once a month
- Keep the taps running
- Ventilating the home
- Mail inspection (if agreed)
- Notification for important mail
Package B2 – Comprehensive property management
€495 excl. VAT per year
Everything from B1, plus:
- Cleaning the patio
- Washing windows
- Putting garden furniture outside
- Presence at work activities
- Extra checks during storms or heavy rain
Package B3 – Premium property management
€795 excl. VAT per year
Everything from B1 + B2, plus:
- Emergency assistance
- Watering plants
- Mediation and inspection in pest control
- Translations of Spanish mail
- Emergency payments if necessary
- On request: Cleaning of house and/or garden - Washing of bed and bath linen
Package C – Management & Rental
Combine one of the management packages (B1, B2 or B3) with rental:
- Full rental service
- Publication on all relevant platforms
- Reservation management and administration
- Guest communication and service
Fee: commission (%) on the basic rent
A management package is mandatory for rentals through CasaLasDunas. This allows us to guarantee quality and ensures we are available for you and your guests 7 days a week .

Package D – Cleaning service for owners
Price negotiable
We understand how important a perfectly clean home is — for you and for your tenants.
What does this entail?
- Cleaning out and emptying the refrigerator
- Changing the beds
- Thorough cleaning of the home
- Getting ready for new guests
Important to know
- During the high season, same-day changeovers are often possible.
- We recommend a minimum of 2 sets of linen per home.
- We take used linen with us to wash.
- Same-day return delivery cannot always be guaranteed.
