This beautiful and modern apartment is located on the 6th floor, 100 meters from the sandy beach of Playa La Mata.
The south facing balcony offers a beautiful view of the sun shining all day, even in winter you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets and the beautiful lake of La Mata from the balcony.
Aquanatura 3b-6A has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The house has 2 bedrooms with luxury mattresses and 2 bathrooms with shower. The open kitchen is fully equipped with fridge with freezer, ceramic hob and dishwasher. The sunny living room is equipped with all conveniences, WiFi and TV Vlaanderen+Ned. 1, 2, 3. Of course the house is equipped with an air conditioning system hot / cold.
The balcony is also screened by beautiful glass curtains that can be opened completely and newly installed sun blinds to protect it on both sides and at the front from the bright summer sun.
There is a large swimming pool with separate children's pool and swimming area. It is a blessing that can be used from May to October. A stone's throw away are the Jue de Boules courts, playgrounds and a sports field. In the underground private garage you can park your car safely.
Electricity costs are included in the stated rental prices unless more than 65KW.h of electricity is consumed per week. The additional consumption costs will be settled with the deposit at € 0.35 per KW.h.

Winter price is based on 2 persons, with a stay from 2 months.
Only in the months: November, December, January, February and March.

Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
Please note: For check-in and check-out between 20:00 and 22:00, a surcharge of €50 will apply. For check-in and check-out between 22:00 and 00:00, a surcharge of €75 will apply. Check-in and check-out between 00:00 and 08:00 are only allowed upon prior request.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
