This spacious apartment is located on the first floor of the La Mata residence Aqua Nature, just 100 meters from the beautiful sandy beach. Aquanatura 2-1C features a spacious 16-square-meter south-facing terrace with sea and pool views. The apartment is equipped with all necessary comforts, including garden furniture.
The layout is as follows: a modern living room with a comfortable sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate six people. There is an LCD TV with satellite connection, TV Flanders, a DVD player, and Wi-Fi. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen offers all the comforts, including a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. There are also two spacious bathrooms with a shower, sink, and toilet. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds, both with built-in wardrobes.
Guests can enjoy a communal swimming pool with a children's pool and a beautifully landscaped garden. An underground parking space with storage is available for an additional €25 per week. Residence Aqua Nature guarantees a carefree holiday!
If you own a Google Chromecast, you can use it to stream in the property during your stay.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
Please note: For check-in and check-out between 20:00 and 22:00, a surcharge of €50 will apply. For check-in and check-out between 22:00 and 00:00, a surcharge of €75 will apply. Check-in and check-out between 00:00 and 08:00 are only allowed upon prior request.
