Casa con Vista offers an ideal holiday location for those seeking relaxation and comfort in the beautiful Altos de la Bahía XI area, close to the Torrevieja coast. With its large sunny roof terrace, complete with sea views, this is the perfect location to enjoy the Spanish sunshine. The coastline surrounding the property offers picturesque coves and rocky outcrops for pleasant walks, and just a kilometre away is the beautiful sandy beach of La Mata. The urbanisation has a communal swimming pool, where you can relax.
The house itself is fully equipped and provided with modern conveniences such as free WIFI, satellite TV with Dutch channels, and a selection of Dutch books, magazines and games. There are two comfortable bedrooms and a well-equipped bathroom. Additional amenities such as reclining chairs, sunbeds and parasols make your stay even more enjoyable.
Within walking distance you will find various shops and restaurants, and the property offers extensive information about the area and local facilities. With a private parking space within the urbanization and the possibility to use your Google Chromecast, this is a carefree and inviting place to spend your holiday.
