This modern apartment in the Aqua Nature residence, with a spacious balcony, is located near the pleasant village center of La Mata and has all facilities within easy reach. This nice apartment is located on the 2nd floor, just 100 meters from the wide sandy beach. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary comfort. The living room has a lovely sofa, mood lighting and a large smart TV. If you have a Google Chrome box, you can use it in the apartment and stream your own channels from your provider to the Smart TV.
You can enjoy a communal swimming pool with children's pool and green sunbathing lawn. The apartment has two luxurious bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and 1 single bed with top mattresses, making this room suitable for 3 people. The master bedroom has a large, high-quality king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.
From the Aquanatura Residence 3A-2A you can walk along the beautiful sandy beaches towards Guardamar or Torrevieja in no time. In the village you can do your daily shopping, take a seat on one of the many terraces or simply enjoy the wonderful climate.
Around the corner from the apartment is the natural park with Lake La Mata, where you can relax among the greenery, have a picnic and even spot flamingos in the lake. Here you can also take long walks or go active mountain biking. Furthermore, the apartment is centrally located near the bus stop. So it is not necessary to have a car at your disposal. Residence Aqua Nature guarantees a fantastic, memorable holiday!
