This holiday home in the lively beach area of La Mata offers an ideal base for a relaxing holiday. With its traditional Spanish decor and two floors, the property feels like an authentic Spanish home. On the ground floor there is a cozy bedroom with an en suite bathroom and an open kitchen, perfect for preparing local dishes. The two terraces, at the front and back, offer plenty of opportunities to enjoy the fresh sea air and the Mediterranean climate. On the upper floor you will find another spacious bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a terrace with breathtaking sea views, where you can relax.
The house is equipped with air conditioning on both floors and fans in all rooms, which ensures a pleasant stay even during the hottest summer days. With a smart TV and free Wi-Fi, you can stay connected to the outside world, while enjoying the peace and comfort of your holiday home. For those who come by car, there is a convenient parking space in the garage, so you can always park nearby.
The area offers plenty of opportunities for families, with the beach just 200 metres away and a communal swimming pool with a large lawn and a shallow area for the little ones. A playground, screened off with a cloth, offers protection from the sun, so your children can play safely. With the option to use your Google Chromecast, you can stream your favourite shows and make the most of your stay.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
