Step 1: Complete your wish profile
To start with, we need to know your wishes to find the perfect villa for you. You can do this by filling in our wish profile . We will search with your wishes and then also visit the perfect villas.
Step 2: Search and reservation contract
Together we will search for your villa. Are we both convinced that we have found your dream villa? Then we will start with a reservation contract, which will remove the villa from the market and CasaLasDunas will start an investigation into the house and the plot. This reservation costs €3000. This contract contains the condition that if the house does not meet the necessary registration conditions, you will receive the €3000 back.
Step 3: Switching to a lawyer
After this it is important to hire a lawyer who will help you check the documents and apply for a NIE number. CasaLasDunas has permanent lawyers that we recommend who will help you excellently in this process. You will also need to open a Spanish bank account, this is a requirement if you want to buy a house in Spain.
Step 4: Down payment
If all the documents are correct you will have to make a 10% deposit, however this is only the case if you are buying an existing villa on the Costa Blanca.
Step 5: The transfer
Finally, after all the steps have been completed, it is time for the handover. Here you will receive the key to the villa and you can officially stay in your villa.
