Please ensure it is no older than 10 years when you are in Spain. If you are under 18 , please note that your ID is valid for a maximum of 5 years . The ID must be valid in Spain at all times.

In Spain, you can also identify yourself with a passport . Please note that certain rules apply to passports. If you applied for your passport when you were over 18, it is valid for a maximum of 10 years. If your passport is older than 10 years, it is no longer valid.
