• Your email inquiries will be answered personally by us by sending information and photos of the properties you selected from our website.
• You can use our wish form to let us know your wishes and preferences.
• If desired, we would be happy to make an appointment with you, without any obligation, at our office in Spain so that you know with whom you will complete the search.
• If you decide to fulfill the search with us, we will first discuss the location! Where do you want to live? What is the budget? What type of home are you looking for?
• We will then plan a program with you; how many properties do you want to view per day and for how many days? Based on your wishes in this regard, we will be happy to accompany you individually during the viewing.
• We will take on the costs of these viewing days, such as lunch and possibly dinners. In the evening we will evaluate the day with you and adjust the schedule for the next day, if desired.
• If a property to your liking is found, we can enter into a reservation contract with you, so that the property is taken off the market and we can start the investigation into the registration of the plot and property. This reservation costs €3000. This contract contains the condition precedent that if the property does not meet the necessary registration conditions, you will receive the €3000 back.
• We are happy to invest our time in finding your dream home. If you come across a home that interests you, we can contact the owner or real estate agent and start the investigation. CasaLasDunas is affiliated with all major networks on the Spanish Costa Blanca
• Even if you do not make a decision during this viewing trip, we would like to keep you informed of current offers and continue the search. We will send you the information by e-mail and accompany you on your next visit to Spain
